Dr. K. Mandrake is a scientist, mushroom advocate, and proponent of psychedelics from both a scientific and personal-growth perspective. With a PhD in microbiology, Dr. K. uses a science-led approach to teach others how to safely grow. Having previously worked with some of the companies at the forefront of the recent psychedelic renaissance, Dr K. now works as an environmental educator, connecting people's interests in mushrooms and nature to wider themes of community building, environmental justice and sustainability.

Virginia Haze is a prolific writer and photographer who has worked in the fields of cannabis and mycology for almost two decades. She learned to grow mushrooms under the tutelage of Dr. K. Mandrake and has since become a fierce proponent of psilocybin decriminalization, psychedelics education and equality of access.
