About the Author.

Amber Willis lurks in the mountains of North Carolina. As a child, she clambered along the mountainside, flipping over rocks to find salamanders; wrote and made little books out of construction paper; and came up with horror stories to scare her little sister. In 2025, Amber graduated with honors from East Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Paleontology and minor in Biology. She worked full-time as a welder while attending college and continued writing in her free time.

Amber has contributed short stories and drabbles to anthologies and websites. She loves horror but sometimes cheats on her beloved with fantasy.

Amber continues to work full-time as a welder and writes whenever opportunity arises. She runs loose in the hollers, looking for birds during the day and becoming a nocturnal stalker of bats and frogs. She still sends her little sister horror stories.
