Dr Neil Gredecki is a Registered Forensic Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and Chartered Psychologist with over 22 years' experience in the assessment and treatment of forensic clients. He currently works as a Directorate Lead Psychologist within HMPPS where he manages psychological services for children in custody in England and Wales. He is also a Lecturer for the MSc Forensic Psychology and Mental Health course at the University of Manchester where he is the Scientist-Practitioner Lead and module leader for the Offending Behaviour Interventions module. Dr Jo Bailey is a Registered Forensic Psychologist and Chartered Psychologist with over 33 years' experience in the assessment and treatment of forensic clients and leading a forensic service. Jo was awarded the DFP Senior Practitioner Award in 2013 and an OBE in Her Majesty's New Years Honours in 2020 for services to rehabilitation, public safety and forensic psychology. Jo is the Chief Psychologist for HMPPS and Head of Psychology Services Group, leading a service of around 900 staff.
