a Christian Brothers Secondary School in Tipperary town, South Tipperary
in Ireland. The school has a rich history in education going back
hundreds of years. The Abbey is an all-boys school and has about 400
students at the moment. This figure is climbing every year. Because of
this, The Abbey has seen a lot of its finance put towards building,
extending and renovating in recent years. In the last 6 yeats the school
has been extended twice. The first extension is known as the "Edmund
Rice Wing" and contains an area for student lockers as well as a
state-of-the-art Construction Studies room, Woodwork room and Technology
laboratory.
