David Villa-Clarke BEM, MBA is a UK-based leadership and mentoring specialist with over a decade of experience mentoring organisations and individuals to achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. His work is primarily rooted in the UK, with a global reach across business, community and the voluntary sector. David is CEO of the Aleto Foundation, delivering practical leadership programmes with mentoring at their core, and founder of Project Volunteer, a charity supporting orphanages in Botswana. Awarded the British Empire Medal in 2017, he has also served as a judge for the National Diversity Awards for five years.
