It has been 10 years since my diagnosis fighting with my cancer journey. In that time, I have been blessed to pour into many people as the Sports Director serving the community at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The challenges I face on a daily basis has given me a platform to uplift soldiers, family members, and my military community.
God has allowed me to carry my cross and be a light to those who are fighting some type of challenge. We all fight something that challenges us every day, issues that challenge our faith. It is these challenges that give us the courage to seek comfort. My trust and perseverance has been the foundation of overcoming what I cannot control relying on God's grace to see it through.
