Baron von Reiback owns a castle hotel in the Black Forest area of Germany. He attends a meeting off the coast of Georgia and falls in love with the ocean, something he's never seen. He learns of a castle for sale on a private island off Saint Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada. He comes up with a plan to finance the purchase by selling promissory notes to guests who have stayed at his castle and he sells water from a spring on Goldrock Island that he claims is the Fountain of Youth. He sells it using a multi-level pyramid scheme. Hang on, you're in for a heck of a ride as his greed overcomes his judgement.
