Dean Baker earned a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati and worked as a licensed architect before founding Love Helps, a public charity helping children in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1995. He has served as its executive director for more than thirty years.Dean is also an author, teacher, speaker, father, and grandfather.
