Hernán Ronsino (Chivilcoy, Argentina, 1975) is one of the most renowned voices of contemporary Argentinian literature. He has published the novels La descomposición (2007), Glaxo (2009), Lumbre (2013), Cameron (2018), and Una música (2022), published by Charco Press under the title Hudson (tr. Mallory Craig-Kuhn). He has also published the short story collection Caballo de verano (2024); and the essay collections Notas de campo (2017) and Antes de leer (2025). He has received, among other distinctions, the Anna Seghers Prize, the Critics' Prize at the Buenos Aires Book Fair for the novel Una música /Hudson , and the Konex Prize for Literature. Mallory Craig-Kuhn (New York, 1986) is a writer and translator. She holds master's degrees in literature from Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Universidad de Antioquia (Colombia) and teaches workshops on science fiction and the new weird. With fellow writer Juan Moretti, she co-presents the science fiction interview series Triángulo Satelital and co-organises the Encuentro Cercano National Science Fiction Convention in Buenos Aires through Biblioteca Popular Ansible. Her short stories have appeared in collections in Argentina and Uruguay, and her first novel, Divino neón , was published in Argentina in 2024. In addition to Charco Press, her translations have been published by Soho Press, Latin American Literature Today , and Southwest Review .
