Dawn Dawkins is an artist, a neurodivergent soul, and someone who finds peace through painting. For as long as she can remember, her mind has been a beautifully buzzing place - full of colour, emotion, curiosity, and sometimes, chaos. She was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism later in life, and everything finally made sense. Painting became her therapy before she even had the language to call it that. She created this book to share the rituals and practices that help her stay connected to her peace, especially on days when everything feels too much.
