HOA, home buyers, renters and visitors beware. When entering an HOA, you are leaving the United States of America. American people's massive loss of civil rights is because of more and more new construction cities mandating as an HOA, often with substandard construction requiring expensive repairs later on, especially found in condominiums with no real legal resource, leaving fewer and fewer places remaining in America to live as a free citizen. Often, the only option of staying as an American with Civil rights is finding home in the dwindling supply of old used houses, located in increasingly noisy, crime ridden neighbourhoods.
