Craig Mawdsley is doing life in HMP Hellinwurst where inmates torture him on social media for terrible crimes, crimes he claims to have been wrongfully accused. Deranged on a deadly research chemical, Craig hallucinates his way out of prison into a global pandemic where scientists believe his bodily waste is the magic cure, and the UK government pushes it as the vaccine on an ambivalent public. While the media takes advantage of Craig's drug-induced gift for mind control to further their crooked agendas, the disturbed youth reunites with the man he believes responsible for landing him in prison - and begins a war on the true face of evil destroying mankind.
