Daniel J. Mollura, MD, President and CEO, RAD-AID International
Dr. Mollura is the Founder and CEO of RAD-AID International, a nonprofit organization for increasing health and radiology medical care to underserved and resource-poor communities. Dr. Mollura received his medical degree (MD) from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Based on his background as a Goldman Sachs Financial Analyst and prior founding of three other successful start-ups in the media, technology, and public sectors, Dr. Mollura founded and led RAD-AID for over 16 years to become a global nonprofit organization with over 18,000 members serving more than 100 hospitals in 44 countries. In addition to his 10 years at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Mollura served for ten years on the radiology clinical and research faculty of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.
Anne-Marie Lugossy, MPH, RT(R), Director of Program Planning and Assessment, RAD-AID International
Anne-Marie is a radiologic technologist with a Master's in Public Health (MPH), specializing in global health, program planning and evaluation, and epidemiology. Driven by a passion for reducing health disparities and delivering safe, high-quality care worldwide, she has made significant contributions through her work and volunteer efforts with RAD-AID. In roles such as Program Manager of the Technologist Program, Director of RAD-AID Tanzania, and Vice-President and COO of RAD-AID International, Anne-Marie has demonstrated a commitment to global health radiology capacity-building. Her experience in managing global health operations showcases her belief in the power of collaboration, communication, mentorship, and care to build a stronger, more connected global community.
Lauren Fuller Kulinski, MHA, RT(R)(MR), MRSO
Lauren is a graduate of the Master of Healthcare Administration program and BS Radiologic Science program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lauren also holds a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University. Lauren has served as RAD-AID's Chief Financial Officer since 2020. Prior to her finance leadership role with RAD-AID, she provided patient care as an MRI technologist with UNC Health for six years. Within RAD-AID International, she served as Director of the RAD-AID Chapters Network from 2014-2020 (providing mentorship and project support to RAD-AID's network of local grassroots chapters at academic centers. Lauren has directly participated in outreach and educational project trips to Tanzania, Malawi, and Ghana to support technologist education. She is dedicated to continued financial transparency and sustainability to support RAD-AID's mission and global health equity.
