On Being a Leader is a compilation of my
testimonials and experiential habits, values,
and beliefs acquired, practised, and learned
since my childhood as a pupil, student, and youth
leader, as well as through my leadership as a
business executive, community development
worker, community leader, and service and
organisational developer and leader.
The book is divided into three sections:
1. Professional tips, attributes, traits, and
value positions
2. Professional rants mainly from a point
of dissatisfaction with certain systems I
passed through
3. Biographical information
