Lena R. Williams is an author with a rich background where she spent years working in Mental Health and Substance use disorder to support individuals in their healing journeys. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fontbonne University and a Master's degree from Webster University. While at Fontbonne, she also discovered a deep passion for art, which led her to incorporate creative expression into her work with clients in counseling groups. Through art, Lena has helped many individuals unlock their voices and navigate their emotions. She is also a proud mother to one son and a widow. Her Pepper book collection began with Pepper's Day Out, followed by Pepper's Paris Adventure, and now Pepper Bites the Big Apple. Inspired by her own loving experiences with her dog Pepper, Lena found the inspiration to write these heartfelt stories, which explore themes of adventure and self-expression.
