Liz spent her childhood horse riding, playing piano and writing stories. In her twenties she replaced it all with travel and a mission to 'find herself'. (She's still looking.) Her most powerful spiritual teacher so far has been motherhood and she currently juggles being a Mum with both waitressing and helping her husband run his jewellery business, Caraliza Designs. In the little spare time she has left, she reads up on astrology, takes her little boy for nature walks and dreams of returning to the gym.
