A constellation is a group of stars that forms a shape and has been given a name. Different constellations can be seen from the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere. People in the Northern Hemisphere can use the North Star to help them find their way, and people in the Southern Hemisphere can use the Southern Cross.
