Karen Young Foley lives on the Eastern Shore of Virginia with her husband, Jack, and their yellow lab, Gunner. A career educator, she is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Virginia, a National Board Certified Teacher, and a member of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Key Women Educators. This is her second children's book.
