This fasting journal was created to help you focus on what is happening and who you are becoming throughout a time of fasting. It will help you chart your journey to breakthrough. This journal will be a testimony of the sacrifices made and challenges encountered. It will be a memorial chronicling a path to clarity and victory, all while going through the normalcy of daily life. Utilizing this medium you will be able to identify specific accomplishment and support gained while documenting the journey through however many days you choose to fast. There are daily scriptures and encouragements included to motivate and support you throughout the fast. Some of the scriptures have been paraphrased to focus on specific points of encouragement. Being intentional about journaling will help you in looking for “God moments” daily. The journal gives you the option to focus on only three days, seven days, twenty-one days with a pause, or an entire forty-day fast. Each day’s journaling will hopefully support the manifestation of the reason you are fasting and help to create a memorial of the grace and insights experienced.
