The Hyena and the Wild Dog (A¿ui ku G¿l) is the second book of AKBM kids' books. The AKBM books are mainly for home readings to promote Dinka literacy at home. This kids' book (The Hyena and the Wild Dog) is written in simple Dinka to encourage easy reading and understanding. Various pictures have been used to aid understanding and reading. This kids' book is written in a descriptive format not in story telling form. For example, it describes the daily actions and the features of the Hyena and the Wild Dog.
