This is the untold story of John Campbell Orr, known by all as Campbell Orr, who from 1873 until 1921 exerted significant influence in shaping Association Football during its formative years. He was a Scot who, although his sporting life started as a Rugby player in Scotland, moved south to co-found and play for the first Association Football club in Birmingham and to be a founder of today's Birmingham County Football Association.
